Introduction

This machine is mainly used to sterilize the cap by the heat of drink insides. The maximum applicable bottle diameter is 76mm and the maximum applicable bottle height is 250mm.

Features & Advantages

1. Main m synchronous conveying and PLC control systemotor is controlled by microcomputer of OMRON, Japan. It is used frequency speed control system in order to set production speed conveniently.
2. The material of machine body is stainless steel AISI304, good appearance, clean and sanitation.
3. The angle of turning-over of bottle is 110 degree in order to insure material of internal of bottle is touched completely with combination position between mouth and cap. There is a special device to come out rail vibration when bottles are transited, make material of internal bottle convection and heat exchange fully.
4. The conveyor chain is combination of Macromolecule material heat resisting chain board and stainless steel chain. The appearance of board is leveling-up and wearing slightly.
5. There is a heat resisting rubber pad on the wide chain board in order to make a short distance among bottles when bottles are turning-over and make bottles immobility. Insure that bottles running stability.
6. Main electrical components (contactor switch, transducer) with international brand to ensure performance of whole machine.
